Persons accessing this Site from other countries and territories do so on their own initiative. Crossbridge does not assume responsibility for those persons’ compliance with the laws of those countries and territories.

Personal Information

Crossbridge will not sell, trade, nor disclose personal information to third parties, except as compelled to do so by law or government authority, or as otherwise provided in this policy. This is done in compliance with any valid legal process such as a search warrant, subpoena, statute or court order.

When you register or order products on the Site, you will be asked to provide personal information including: your name (first and last), email address, mailing address, daytime phone number and credit card information (only when ordering products). As well, you will be prompted create a user name and password. Additional demographic information collected from you, other than the information needed to provide the services you requested, is done on an optional basis.

Your computer’s Internet Protocol (IP) Address is also logged into our database. An IP address is a number that is automatically assigned to your PC every time you browse the Internet. Information from IP addresses is used for system administration, tracking market trends, detecting fraudulent transactions, etc. We use this information only in the aggregate form.

Should you send us an e-mail with questions or comments, your email address and other personal information will be retained so that we can respond to you. Also, we may keep your comments or questions for future references.

Privacy of Minors

Crossbridge does not market to, nor solicit personal information from, minors. In accordance with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act of 1998, we do not knowingly request personally identifiable information from anyone under the age of thirteen (13) unless we have prior verifiable parental consent.

Should we learn of a minor under the age of thirteen (13) who has registered and/or purchased products without prior verifiable parental consent, we will remove their personally identifiable information from our database. We do, however, maintain a record of that person's name and address in order to detect and deter a repeat occurrence from that same person.

Cookies

A cookie is an electronic file containing small bits information sent by the Site to your hard drive, which helps tailor and keep records of your activities on the Site. It does not tell us your name, email address, or any other personal information. The use of cookies is standard on the Internet.
